I have just downloaded the DIVA tool and GIS database and have a simple question on the values in uplift field of coastline segments. The data are described in the documentation as values of uplift/subsidence in mm per year. Do negative values in this field indicate a decrease in elevation relative to mean sea level, and positive values indicate an increase?
