My name is Pam from Australia.
I would like to get results from DIVA at segment level. I was told to go to C:\diva\tool\diva.ini file and changer the user level to 1.
I did this and after running DIVA, under results, segment level appeared on the navigation tree. However, when I clicked on it I got an error message 'wrong parent array dimension'.
To solve this, it was thought that probably the case000 folder had been changed or removed- which was not the case and advised to re-install DIVA.
I have re-installed DIVA and set user level to 1. DIVA runs but this time round the coastal segment does not appear in the results yet I have set user level to 1.
Can somebody help me find out what could be wrong?
