How to run and show the years 2100-2500 in the DIVA GUI
Standard the DIVA GUI and model calculates from 2000 until the year 2100 with 5 year timesteps. It is possible to get 4 more timesteps, i.e. 2200, 2300, 2400 and 2500. How to get those is described below.

In the ?:\diva\tool folder edit the rundiva.template file. Put a hash sign (#) before the line with diva.time.limit=2100. Then it becomes #diva.time.limit=2100. This instructs the model to continue with the additional timesteps.

Make a model run with one of the cases, for the case001. Then exit diva and copy the output files ?????_ov.his in the ?:\diva\data\cases\case001 folder to the ?:\diva\data\cases\case000 folder. The DIVA GUI uses the output files in the case000 folder to initialize the timesteps

Start the DIVA GUI and go to the Analysis sheet. Go to results\global. This shows the results at global level. The extra timesteps are still not shown. To include them for all datasets you should click on the [Select subset] button of the toolbar for the Timesteps. The dialogue then shows that the years 2200, 2300, 2400 and 2500 are not included in the visible selection. Press the [ >>] button on the right top of the dialogue to include the extra years as well and press the [Apply] button. Now you can see results for the extra years as well. The last step is to apply this selection to all result datasets, by pressing the [Apply subset to all tables] button in the Timestep toolbar. The button has no visible text, but you will see the text as a tooltip when you hover above the button.

Now you should see the results in all the cases that you have recalculated using the new model time limit setting. If you haven’t recalculated, you will see zero values for those cases and results.
